How to configure trickplay for Flash VP6/MP3 content

The FastPlayVideoStreaming package includes support for trickplay functionality (fast foward, fast rewind, slow motion) in Wowza Media Server. Currently, trickplay only works with VP6/MP3-based content in Adobe Flash.
