How to setup MediaCache to stream filenames without extensions

Note: The below addFileExtensionIfNeeded property is available in MediaCache build989 or greater (see version.txt of MediaCache package).

To modify MediaCache to not automatically add file extensions to cache items, edit [install-dir]/conf/MediaCache.xml and set the addFileExtensionIfNeeded property that is pre-defined in the MediaCache/Properties container to false.
