Wowza Streaming Engine Technical Support
Your Maintenance and Support contract
enables you to get world-class service and support for your media server software. The contract entitles you to a number of benefits, including access to full version software upgrades (for example, from Wowza Media Server™ 3 to Wowza Streaming Engine 4) and dot/point-release updates (for example, from Wowza Streaming Engine 4.0 to 4.x), and product technical support through email.
If you have a Perpetual license for Wowza Media Server software, you must purchase a Maintenance and Support contract before October 1, 2015 in order to continue to receive these benefits. If you have subscription (Monthly) license for Wowza Media Server software, your subscription includes a maintenance and support contract.
Email technical support is initially only available to the person who purchases a maintenance and support contract. You can designate up to four additional people to be eligible by adding their email addresses to your Wowza account

An eligible email address must be used when submitting a support request for proper registration and identification. If the email address doesn't have valid entitlement for product technical support, the support request won't be seen by our support staff. Wowza Streaming Cloud Technical Support
For Wowza Streaming Cloud, standard support is included with your subscription. Premium and event-based support are available for an additional cost. For details of each plan and to purchase premium or event-based support, see Wowza Streaming Cloud Maintenance and Support
Email technical support is only available to Wowza Streaming Cloud customers who have an active subscription or who are a member of a workgroup for an account with an active subscription.
