It would be a huge help to us if we could define where application logfiles are saved and to be able to define that location differently in each application perhaps by an entry in the application.xml file.

Since Sawmill has the capability to include sub-folders in a profile logfile location, this would allow grouping of logfiles by customer or other need without having to create a separate logfile location in Sawmill. This woud also allow new applications to be added to a specific Sawmill profile dynamically by simply placing the logfiles under the appropriate folder structure.
