Working with my Kulabyte demo unit this week. Discovered that a 640x480 stream at 650K will by default be configured with h.264 Main profile. This seems to be OK, even on iOS 4.x, but will not play on Android via RTSP.

In order to change the stream to Baseline, you can modify the preset file (it's plain ol' XML and can be edited in Notepad) and change the following:

PRESET value="VideoType_MAIN" to "VideoType_BASELINE"
PROFILE value="Profile_Main" to "Profile_Baseline"
