    Default Mac OSX installation

Installed Wowza IDE on Macbook pro using the dmg image
When I try to open the IDE, I get the following error:

Your application does not have permission to open... contact your network admin. Please advise on how to adjust the permissions.

    Thanks.

    Bharat,

    I'm not sure. Try un-install and re-install.

    Default Same Issue

    Hello,

I am having this same exact issue and I can't figure out why. I am also on a Macbook Pro and I installed Wowza Server first and then installed (successfully) the Wowza IDE using the dmg. However, if I try to access anything in the IDE applications folder (with the exception of the user guide), I am denied access, "You do not have permission to open the document README.html." Eclipse was already installed on my machine before I installed any Wowza components.

    Thanks for your time,

    Daniel

If you already have Eclipse installed you can use the "software update" method: http://www.wowza.com/ide.html
