stop licencing, transfer to another server

I plan to suspend the operation of your server for 2-3 months, I question whether by this time I have to pay for a license? At this point I have set up paypal and money gets herself Wowza what miesięc - I use the plan: Wowza Media Server Subscription ($ 65 / m).
Second question: I'm also going to change the machine (server) to another - the former eliminates completely - how do I transfer my license to a new one? Can I do this?

If you're on the subscription license, I believe you will not be billed for billing cycles in which there is no usage. Similarly, you should be able to use your subscription license on multiple machines, and you will be billed for each machine that is actively used during the billing, so retiring one machine and bringing up another one with the same license will have the effect of moving the license. If you have both machines on the same subscription license during the billing cycle, however, you will be billed for both instances in that cycle.

Actually, as I learned recently, the subscription license does have a minimum monthly regardless of usage.

To clarify further: The subscription license has a monthly recurring fee of $65 that covers the use of the first server instance. This fee is charged even if no instances are in use. To suspend the license and the recurring fee or to reactivate the license, send an email to billing@Wowza.com.
