performance article (referred to by documentation) is unavailable

In the Wowza nDVR AddOn (beta) User's Guide on page 14 in the "Performance" section there's a link to an article on "performance benchmark numbers".
The link is:

This redirects to here:
http://www.wowza.com/forums/content.php?333

On the above forum page I get the following message:
"you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
- Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
- If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."

I get the same with and without logging in to the forum.

I guess this is a bug since the link is in a PDF that is available to everybody and it is not mentioned that this should be available only on a per-member basis.

These are unpublished articles. In fact they have no content at present.

Yes, that's what I thought. I guess this means that the "bug" is that the link was put into the nDVR guide before the article was written. ;-)
