Loosen up the Developer license a bit

I just recently moved my full dev environment to Wowza 3.. and I must say I'm pretty frustrated with the developer license. I develop video chat applications and so with the current model of limiting the incoming stream to 1 doesn't make any sense to me.

Please let me have at least 2 videos in so that I can test locally without having to revert back to Wowza 2.

We will consider this. The limit was more to limit the number of streams that can be HTTP packetized. It was not intended to block video chat development.
