Setting H264 level in xml?

From user german here: is there anyway of changing the h.264 level (not profile)?, through the transcoder XML, of course.
And what about high profile?

You can set Profile in the transcoder template. I think main and baseline are supported, not sure about high.

Ok but I was asking about Level.

Level is a function of frame size and bitrate. Lower bitrate, smaller frame size are lower Level.
