Any Screen Done Right!

I'm going to do adaptive streaming to desktops and mobile devices.

I found these pages for android and iOS with recommendations for bitrate, resolution, framerate and so on.

Looking in the default settings file for the transcoder I can find some of the needed functionality.

These functions I can't find:
1. Change the frame rate
2. Go from stereo to mono
3. Change the sample rate for the audio

Can someone please tell me if it is at all possible to do these things with the Transcoder Add On. Or if there are some other way to get the same result.

All the major options that are available at present with the Wowza Transcoder are represented in the templates that ship with Wowza.
