License problem

Hi! We have by one mounthly licenze of Wowza

First off all billing take from ouer card 55$ - it is OK

Next month billing take 110$ - it is wrong, we are using only one instance of Wowza, but in invoice is description (Monthly Server Instances (3.00 counts @ $55.00) )

Then billing wanted to take from ouer card 250$ - it is also wrong because there is description about (Monthly Transcoder Channels (1.00 count @ $30.00) ) We dont using Addon transcoder

We wanted to by Addon Transcoder for 30 channels, now i am so afraid about how mutch it will cost for us
