Default Restreaming: "Hit license limit for publishing streams." on paid licence

I have created a Wowza server using the EC2 AMI for Wowza 3.0.5.

I followed the instructions here http://www.wowza.com/forums/content....er-Quick-Start to set up a repeater for testing. I have the origin and the edge on the same server. I have the "live" application (with StreamType changed from "live" to "liverepeater-origin") as the origin, and I've created another app called "restream", with the settings copied from the "live" app except for StreamType = "liverepeater-edge". Viewing the stream from the origin works.

    On testing the edge:
    Server: rtmp://1.2.3.4/restream
    Stream: rtmp://1.2.3.4/live/1

Whenever I try to connect I get a warning in the Wowza log saying " Licensing[restream/_definst_/rtmp://1.2.3.4/live/1]: *** Hit license limit for publishing streams. Publishing stream is stopped. ***".

But this is on a paid licence so there should be no connection limit.

Here's a relevant excerpt from the log file:

The startup lines in the access log show what type of license you are running, or in a browser like this:

    http://[wowza-address]:1935

You apparently did not apply the paid license and are still using developer license.
