Audio and video out of sync

Hi..as i said the problem is that audio has a delay of, sometimes even 10-15 sec after video...video is smooth, but audio sometimes is choppy. I send stream from flash (video from a camera and audio from headphones)...maybe this is the problem...buffer time is 0. Can you give me some advice how to procede? Where to look? It's driving me crazyyyyy

microphone.setSilenceLevel(0);
