Security issue in Wowza using FMLE, please help

I discover a security issue and I am looking for advice:
I found that someone has my wowza URL (eg. rtmp://[wowza-ip]/live/), they can use my streaming server without my permission.

I tried to use RTMP authentication in Wowza Media Security 2.0, but it required a password typing every time.
However, my streaming is automated (FMLECMD.exe), any way i can save the password in the xml profile? or can I cache it?
Thus, i am wondering if there is any way to restrict that guy who is using my wowza server?
(eg. banning ip? or restricting only stream from the ip i knew?)
