Wowza VOD server and Web server in the same machine ?

Is there any known issue to set-up on the same machine
the Web server and the media server (Wowza rtmp vod) for
publishing my website ?

Ben,

There is no conflict, by default anyway. You can bind to any port in Wowza, and it can be useful to bind to port 80, but as long as you don;t you can use a web server on port 80.
