unstable audio connection

We use wowza to build a conference system. Every client publish his own audio and receive other clients' audio stream.

We found when we increase the concurrent user numbers(only about 60-100 users), some audio stream is not stable.

Sometimes Client A can't hear Client B when all others can hear Client B. It's not stable. Usually it happends in the peak time.

It seems it's not software bug. Is there any suggestion about improving the stability of audio stream?

Sounds like it is a load problem, i.e., you are reaching the limits of your system. Have you tuned the server?

The usual limiting factor is bandwidth, but with conferencing system it can be server capacity. Wowza has a load test tool, take a look at this article:
