How to purchase the license on behalf of a customer?

Hello!

I got an order for hardware/software system for encoding and streaming videosignal. I am going to use Wowza Pro as the streaming server. My question is about licensing. The end customer doesn't want to purchase the license separately: we are in Russia and to purchase the license using usual wire is not the easiest way because of tons of papers needed. So I will have to purchase the license myself using my credit card and then ship the license to the customer together with the servers and other licenses (e.g. Windows XP for encoding servers, etc).

How should I purchase the license in this case? Should I specify the details of my customer or of my company in the order? Please advise.
