Default What encoder does livestream use in webcaster?

    flash encoding scheme?

if so, how can it make HD quality?

Not quite sure exactly what your question is. Users of livestream.com can use webcams/cameras encoded with the Flash player or other software/hardware encoders. Telestream Wirecast is a good option for a software encoder.

HD streaming will require a lot of bandwidth and a higher-end encoder like HaiVison Makito.

Because live stream said it can broadcast HD quality. I am not sure do they do by webcaster with flash encoding OR HD just supported by Procaster.

The Wowza server can stream HD from an HD-capable encoder. So the livestream.com claim is correct. I see that the Podcaster page claims HD capability but I'm not sure what resoluiton (i.e., 720p or above). You may want to ask liverstream.com.
