Sending flv bytes to wowza

Hello All,
My requirment is as follows:
1) I have a flv loaded in my flash application, I am reading the bytes of flv, editing it and making a new flv out of it,
2) After edit, I have a flv in byte format , when I save it using filereferance on client, it works fine and gives me a final flv file which I can play in any flv player
3) My requirment is I want to send these flv bytes to wowza server and save an flv file out of these bytes on server

Any clue how to do this?

Just copy the file to [install-dir]/content folder. I am not sure I understand the question?
