recording: connecting to wowza server takes a very long time
We have the same issue with our own recorder and with the provided video recording example. When I click on the connect button, it takes more than a minute until I amable to record a video. I can click on the record button, but I get an error:
ArgumentError: Error #2126: NetConnection object must be connected.
Checking the flash logs I see that it takes this long time until the NetConnection.Connect.Success event gets triggered, I don't see any logs on the EC2 instance before the local flash recorder client fires this event.
I do not have this problem when connecting to my local dev server.
Is this a known issue?
Any idea how to find the cause for that?
opening port 1935 did the trick for me.
