MP3 file format not valid

Hi,

we are using Wowza to stream mp3 audio files. Sometimes (about 2 times per hour) we see the following entry in our log files:
MP3 file format not valid. Zero duration. Seek will not function properly

This error is not reproducible. I mean that if I try to play the file several times it works correctly, but "sometimes" it does not play and the message above is written to our log files.

More info:
- We have "calculate more accurate frame size" enabled (and we need to keep it enabled)
- Our mp3 files are all CBR

Do you have any idea?

Is the server tuned following the Tuning Guide:

What version of Wowza are you using? It's best to be using Wowza 2/latest patch.

Is there a correlation with high load?

No, we currently have low load. It even happens during tests (less than 10 connections).

I don't have any other ideas. Try to find a pattern, if it is happening to certain files and not others.
