but on the PC Adobe flash player working very good

can i play this stream on iphone ?

It has to be an h.264 video with Baseline 3 profile. FLV file probably not going to work.

FMLE works. Select h.264, click the icon next to it (little wrench) and open dialog to change to Baseline Level 3

The stream name doesn't need an file extension, it can just be "stream" or "myStream", whatever, but you don't need to have "stream.flv"

Right, you don't use rtmp with IPhone. You use HTTP urls. Follow this guide, and note the section on playing the stream on the IPhone:

Is it possible to use quicktime to simulate an iphone? I don't have one, and I still would like to make some tests to try the live http streaming requirement.

As I understand it, Safari on Snow Leopard works same as Safari on IPhone. I haven't been able to try it.
