Problem! Serial Number request.

Good afternoon. I'm working on the development of solutions built on bond Solaris and Wowza Media Server. Wowza server startup requires a serial number, but to acquire a license until the project is under development and testing impractical, so yesterday I asked the developer license using the form on your site, but the answer to my email did not come. This morning, I again sent a request specifying a different email address, but again did not receive a serial number. What can be linked, and how do I use the Wowza in test mode.

Hello Natrix,

We did several Developer edition request come through on various email addresses that seem to belong to you. The system is working and we sent Developer edition license to the email addresses. I also sent another to the email address that you used to register for our forums. Please check your spam filters.

We did find an Evaluation license request that came through this morning. Evaluation licenses run through a manual process and it can take up to 24 hours to obtain the license.

Hi We have the same issue we have requested a trial key via the web site and via your support email. From the lack of response I can only assume your support is not 24hr? We do not have a project timescale that allows for a 24 wait for a trial key.

It is not 24hrs. We are west coast US. The keys should show up some time during expanded business hours for the US.
