MP4 VOD to iPhone Problem

We are using HandBrakeCLI to convert our FLV to MP4 H.264/AAC/Baseline 3.0 format, but still it won't stream to iPhone, the video plays properly when played via progressive download to iPhone but not HTTP Stream. Please help...

Not sure how to help. Starting with FLV is not ideal. I can only suggest to experiment with other settings and to try other conversion utilities.

Well, if you can get QuickTime to read the FLV somehow, you can use the qt_export command in the qt_tools suite for free:

So no need to buy QuickTime Pro. We use this to take Main profile MOV files and convert them to Baseline profile MP4 files for iPhone streaming.
