Vhosts.xml and vhost.xml

Another newbie question.

I have added 3 virtual hosts folders as per instructions in chapter 7, and copied the necessary folders into them. What I need to know now is:

1. When I edit vhosts.xml, is this done in the main conf folder (which is what I have done), or within the conf for each virtual host?

2. When editing the vhost.xml, is this done in the main conf folder or within the conf for each virtual host?

3. Under the application folder, should I copy all of the examples that I installed earlier?

If you want to make them available to each of the virtual hosts, then you need to copy the contents of the main applications and conf folders to each of the virtual hosts applications and conf folders.
