live audio streaming for android with mp3 codec

i am trying to do that with FME it works with the ACC codec for IOS and Android but wuth mp3 works only for IOS.

is it possible to use the mp3 codec. the price for AAC (180$) is to hight

The Android OS does not support mp3. You can another free encoder such as ffmpeg that can output AAC.

1. Is ffmpeg comes with aac codec installed (I tink that is only a software that uses the codecs that are already installed on the computer)

2. Does it has guie ?

3. Is there instructions for streaming using ffmpeg ?

4. Are there other encoders that can be used ?
