What is the error?
The connection has timed out
The server at [wowza-ip] is taking too long to respond.

If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.
Also, what happens when you browse to
http://localhost:8086/? You should also see the Wowza version.
Also, when you start Wowza do you see:
INFO vhost comment _defaultVHost_ Bind attempt ([any]:8086:1)
INFO vhost comment _defaultVHost_ Bind successful ([any]:8086)
If not, then maybe some other program is using port 8086.
WowzaMediaServer: starting [ OK ]
