UDP to RTMP

I have udp live stream link (udp://@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:5000). I am looking for way to convert it to rtmp protocol and add some serverside scripts with wowza.

Can anyone suggest me some ideas how to do that? Which is the best encoder for that (if I need any)? Mybe some links to manuals?
