could not able to play mp4 videos on set-top box.

Hi,

I could able to play videos(sample,extremists) on set-top box, but unable to play my own mp4 videos on the set-top box.Wowza server is streaming all mp4 files(including my own videos) and I could see the videos playing in client.html using rtmp.But I could not able to play videos on set-top box using rtsp.Is there any difference between my mp4 files and wowza provided mp4 files?
