Updated 4.2.0 to 4.5.0.01 build 18956 on two Ubuntu 14.05LTS hosts. Memory leaks consume all of swap space within 30 minutes, and OOM takes out java to recover the system. Same results with Java 8 and Java 7, and same results on both systems. We have about 3 RTSP IP camera pulls with simple transcoder jobs for watermarking and pushing to YouTube LIVE targets. For now we reverted to 4.2.0. No memory leaks there.
