Prevent old streamscheduled items from playing

Hello.

I am trying to use the streamschedule/loopuntillive features in order to run a 5 minute “pre-roll” before a live stream. This is working great, however if the application is reloaded or if the server is restarted those now expired old pre-rolls start playing.

Is there a way to prevent previously scheduled (expired?) items from playing?

Thanks for contacting Wowza Forums!

It plays the old pre-rolls because the schedule is reloaded and because those times have passed, it thinks they should be running already, therefore starts them.

In your SMIL files, do you have repeat = true or false? If true, can you change it to false?
