When we first started doing shows they were roughly 2 to 3 hours long and we never had an issue recording them during the live stream. Right after we were done we could post them for VOD playback. We have a new client and they stream for 12 to 14 hours. The file gets large ( 5 to 6GB ) 60% of the time there stream can not be played as the file is corrupt. I am looking for any suggestions to improve this condition. Is there a way to have Wowza save the stream as a different name when the file size reaches 2GB. My thought is I would then combine the streams with FFmpeg or a similar tool.
