Axis cams random show black video

Hello

We have an issue with rtsp streams from some Axis cameras.

If camera stream in 1080, randomly stream may be black. This fixed after restart wowza or reconnect camera to wowza. In logs no errors.

If i see rtsp stream via VLC all right, but if i use your test player, i see only black screen. Whats wrong?

We would need to take a look at your log files to investigate this issue.

You can open a ticket HERE. Can you include your /conf and /log files and the a time frame of when the issue occurred?
