I am considering using a Wowza Streaming Engine in an AWS environment. There would be some splicing (separate audio from video) and transcoding involved (generate lower resolution videos). First, do I need a MPEG license to extract an audio track from a video and second, is the MPEG license part of the Wowsa license? Thanks!
