Hi, I’ve running Wowza Streaming Engine version 4.6.0 (build 19395) on Linux, with Java version 1.8.0_77. I’m trying to set Wowza to record all incoming streams for a live application. I’ve done this be selecting the ‘Record all incoming streams’ option for the application. It does record the stream, but seems to miss setting the video duration in the recording file. This causes it to not play in some video apps and play with issues in others. Interestingly, I don’t get this issue when I select to record the individual stream, with ‘Record all incoming streams’ turned off. Thanks, Ben

Are you still able to reproduce the issue?
This would usually be caused by the source stream.
Try enabling the Wowza Transcoder and only using the _source preset where both audio and video are set to passthrough.
Does the recording from the Transcoder generated stream have the same issue?
