I would like to restream an rtsp stream from an IP camera that is on the same local network with my iOS device to Wowza Streaming Engine. Is it even possible with Wowza?

If the IP camera is accessible by Wowza Streaming Engine then it can pull the RTSP stream directly from the IP camera by using a .stream file bypassing the iOS device.

As far as grabbing the RTSP stream with an iOS device and then sending it to Wowza, there would have to be a 3rd party application (on the iOS device) to handle the process of receiving the IP camera stream and then creating an RTMP stream to push to Wowza Streaming Engine.
