Streaming video to multiple receivers (live)

Hi,

I’m new to wowza and don’t know how to figure it out. I want to broadcast one video in mp4 to all users connected on a website. All the users should see the same position in the video simultaneous. This means that if the video is playing for 30 seconds and a new visitor loads the page the video starts at 30 seconds.

The way I see it is like a live event broadcast but with mp4 content (recorded). I will also need to queue up files to make some kind of playlist.

Is this even possible?

Here is a link you can start out with. This is how to setup a playlist as a live stream. In your case, the playlist will be 1 MP4 file.
