StreamRecorder properties not working

When I change values in the properties of StreamRecorder, and restart the application or the server the new options are not used, am I overlooking something?

I try to change

streamRecorderDebugEnable

streamRecorderFileFormat

streamRecorderVersioningOption

Using latest update 4.7.0
