I compiled the newest drivers from source, and as I was doing so I found out there are certain settings and flags you can pass to the driver when you compile it. Are there any useful flags I should pass to it that you guys can think of to help with throughput and stability when handling large volumes of streams?
How many streams and throughput are you talking about? My experience is that it’s more useful to optimize the Linux kernel and make sure the CPU has adequate capacity to handle 10Gbps.
