I want to play jingle sounds before http: //xx.xx.xx.xx/aplication/stream-name/playlist.m3u8. What to do?
It is not possible to create a server side VOD playlist, but you can use a player-side workaround to add a pre-roll video when playing back a stream.

Is there a way? To force Any website that uses url streams (http: //xx.xx.xx.xx/aplication/stream-name/playlist.m3u8) wants to have jingle play before.
