my problem is with

however test player work correctly,cant play stream in player.html
and get this error:

Can you confirm you have the proper ports opened on your firewall to allow traffic? You can find port information HERE
Can you provide the following information and this will help me determine where the issue is? Can you also provide dates and times of when you experienced the issue so we can narrow that down in the logs?
- Your logs in a .zip file, located here: [install-dir]/logs
- Your conf folder in a .zip file, located here: [install-dir]/conf
