Your Username Or Password Is Incorrect (Trial Version)

Trying to install Wowza Streaming Engine on Ubuntu 17.04 when I go to localhost:8088 I’m asked to enter my credentials email and password but I get the following error “Your Username Or Password Is Incorrect” I tried my LAN IP address 192.168.9.xx:8088 it takes me to the same login page but I get the same results

What could be the issue?

Also this server will end up facing the public internet, which ports do I need to be opened?

Here is a article that can point you to a file where you can manage your username/password. On page 69, you can edit that file to your credentials and that should get you in.

Thanks for the reply. There’s seems to be an issue with my Ubuntu install I ran the same setup on a Windows machine with the trial version on the same LAN machines side by side and it went fine on first login. On Ubuntu no matter what I do it gives me the error that the password or username is incorrect. Anything I have to set differently on Ubuntu? Also did a setup at home with macOS and same thing. First login took me to the main page
