Why not have fullscreen API for JavaScript ??

Thanks for posting this on the forum. At the moment, there’s no way to activate/deactivate fullscreen mode via JavaScript API. This needs to be done manually by clicking on the fullscreen button of the player.
Nonetheless, I’d like to inform you that I’ve added this as a feature request to our backlog on your behalf. Features added to our backlog are reviewed by our development team and considered for future versions of Wowza Player. At this time I can’t confirm if the feature will be approved and if so, any time-scales for its availability.
