Mp4 streaming problem

Hi, I’m using wowza streaming engine 4.6.0.

I encoded a set of video files to mp4 format with the same setting. Most of them are streamed well but few files are not streamed. I encoded the files with ffmpeg and changed codec several times, I cannot stream the flies.

Here is the error message in the wowzastreamingengine_error.log

From the error,it might be a permission or java issue.We would need to see logs to determine the issue. can you open a ticket HERE

Can you provide the following information and this will help me determine where the issue is?

• Your logs in a .zip file, located here: [install-dir]/logs
• Your conf folder in a .zip file, located here: [install-dir]/conf
• Your manager folder in a .zip file, located here: [install-dir]/manager

‘[’ and ‘]’ in the file name caused the problem.
