There is no such thing directly. You need to first architect a solution for your need. then make use of REST APIs and any custom module programming to achieve what you want.
First, you need to decide how you will broadcast, how you will subscribe to the broadcast, and how many people will watch your stream. The resource provisioning will happen accordingly.
