#EXT-X-PROGRAM-DATE-TIME on NDVR chunklists

Hi

We have implemented the Wowza module to correctly add the #EXT-X-PROGRAM-DATE-TIME data to the live HLS chunklists, however on ndvr requests the header is not added

http://127.0.0.1:1935/live/stream.smil/chunklist_w1727403502_b848000_DVR.m3u8 for example returns

#EXTM3U #EXT-X-VERSION:3 #EXT-X-TARGETDURATION:3 #EXT-X-MEDIA-SEQUENCE:0 #EXTINF:2.098, media_w1727403502_b848000_DVR_0.ts

As where the live version returns

#EXTM3U #EXT-X-VERSION:3 #EXT-X-TARGETDURATION:3 #EXT-X-MEDIA-SEQUENCE:441 #EXT-X-PROGRAM-DATE-TIME:2017-09-28T14:13:09.764+00:00 #EXTINF:1.998, media_w982288971_b848000_441.ts

Would this be possible; given interanlly we know when the DVR window starts
