And everything is working fine. But, how to get the sample video on mobile devices?

To playback your stream on an android device you would need to use some kind of player to playback the streams that are produced by Wowza Engine.
One option is to use Wowza Player that can be hosted on any web server. Then have the android device visit the website and playback the vod stream through the player.
You can also download a player like VLC to playback the stream from Wowza Engine.
