I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on cheap IP cameras that can be easily integrated with Wowza.

Any camera that can push H.264 video and AAC audio to a server over RTMP or RTSP should be compatible with Wowza.
If you can configure your camera and router to access the camera over IP, it may also work with cameras that allow you to pull a stream over a specific port; i.e. at our office, we have a D-Link camera, and we’ve configured PAT in our router, so that a cloud-based Wowza server can pull the stream from that camera over RTSP.
