Yes, there is still an issue with token auth and geo blocking on the Wowza Cloud platform currently. Please be sure to check out Status Site for the latest updates.
You will see the current post there that refers to this issue.
For now, please log a support request (if you haven't already) and provide the stream target details and we can request a manual provisioning for your token auth need.
